All orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard postage with tracking number. Flat rate of $10 anywhere in Australia (this option does NOT include Signature on delivery). Optional Extra Signature on Delivery cost $2.95
Express Shipping within Australia.
EXPRESS shipping option within Australia is available at checkout....rate $14.00. (does NOT include signature on delivery)
Optional extra Signature on Delivery cost $2.95
Please note: If you DO NOT choose SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY INCLUDED options for either Standard Shipping or Express Shipping Lorenza Jewellery will NOT be responsible should Australia post lose your parcel or it is stolen once delivered to the address given at checkout.

International shipping rates are $20-$28 depending on your country's zone. Your package will be sent via standard international shipping and includes tracking. Delivery time is usually 6+ days which does not include time in customs-this will vary from country to country.
Our returns policy
Due to Hygiene issues we do not accept returns or exchanges. We cannot resell earrings once they have left our facility. Please look carefully at item pictures and descriptions. Reach out by email if you need clarification.
Great care is taken to ensure your goods arrive safely, however, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged on arrival, please notify us immediately at lorenzajewel@gmail.com. Return postage will be responsibility of purchaser.
